It’s likely Dan threw out ‘a’ ceremonial first pitch, as many games have more than one. I went to a Cardinals game in St. Louis in August and they had a whole parade out there. Saying ‘the’ implies there is just one-sort of like saying ‘the best Amex offer’.
Still, he got in to see the game, he got out on the field, and he’s a real sports nut-good for him. I like Dan and admire his hustle, even though I don’t have nearly enough time to read all that stuff.
SPG should give him links to sell their cards for life. Not Dan’s life, the life of SPG until Marriott cans it.
