Another kind of slow day. Most exciting news was the huge change in the relations between USA and Cuba announced by President Obama. I am very excited about this as it will eventually open Cuba way up to us to travel to! And I love Cuban music!
Starwood SPG will offer free internet to all SPG members! And as Golds we get the “fast” version. Sure hope the slow version is not dial up lol!

Love Ibrahim Ferrer, what a voice! Got to see the Buena Vista Social Club live in Ann Arbor years ago, took wife in third row. One of the best concert I attended, I still get goose bumps about it. I can’t wait to go to Cuba. I can use my Greek passport but I am afraid some TBB “fan” will report me to the State Dept 🙂 Great video too, gracias!

Was told by another traveler that many US fly to Cuba now through Cancun. I was told Cuba will nicely not stamp a US passport. Go now before the Havana McDonalds and Starbuckses!
