I swear this company is in a total disarray, how can they come up with a letter like this? We may see a consolidation here as well. Oh dear god, enough with the consolidations. I may volunteer son to go on a spree soon before time runs out, hehe.

Fuel Dumping Tool. Seriously?

I find it amazing how fast bloggers make posts when they can find ANY new way to sell more credit cards. Wow!

I am so sick of posts about incidents aboard. There are 3 billion people flying every year, it happens! Totally moronic and inconsequential to bother your readers with it. I don’t bother you with things like that. I could but I don’t!

The world’s strangest museums. Toilets. Ramen. Lawnmowers. Barbed wire. Condoms. Bunnies. They are all here, step right up.

  1. Monday Silver Finish?!

Thank you for blogging, at last tax season should be wrapping up now!

When we did a refi couple of years ago, we had 120 and 107 page credit reports due to last 7 years of accounts openings . The banker (chase) didn’t care as long as we had liquid assets and income, scores were 780+, so mortgage refi approved in 15 minutes. That when I realized this whole hobby and adventure game is a rigged game favoring disciplined and financially prudent people.

    Cheers,

    PedroNY

  2. Been to four of the them. The hair museum is really the studio of a pottery artist. It started as a joke when he asked for a lock of hair from one of his customers and it went a little crazy from there. The studio and his pottery are amazing and I did buy a beautiful plate. The ramen museum is a lot of fun and you can make your own ramen noodle container.

  3. The problem I noted with AEx’s delayed posting rewards seems to have been solved. They aren’t hidding the problem; the difference between the “earn” date and the “posted” date is rather dramatic. The only thing I read about it was the former Delta Points (April 9) reported a thread on Flyer Talk and described his experience.

I wonder if other transfers got mucked up or if this was purely an AEx to Delta issue.

  4. I find Drew’s rants on twitter hilarious about not getting credit for his around the world in LCC’s idea. I mean come on, the dude is MIA for weeks at a time and then he comes back online and wants credit for it? I feel like this has been promoted for weeks if not months now and he finally says something? That’s just funny imo. He needs to come back to reality a little I think.

  5. @Brenton: Wow, three in a row! This is how it’s done!

@PedroNY: 120 and 107 page reports, you are killing us overheah (NYaccent) 🙂

It’s rigged. We benefit. Many screw up. And we benefit. I wish it was different so we can all benefit but…

    8+ year old thread, wow!

@smittytabb: Wow, at 9.09 am even, good for bronze!

@It’s me: Thanks for the feedback on the museums. The ramen museum sounds pretty cool!

@DML: I’ve no idea…but all I know is that AE used to have the best service. Now it is becoming a horrific shadow. Think United under Smisek….THAT bad!

@tv7: He should make a post telling readers what is going with his blog and his life too (if he cares to). But at least the blog! He should have done it a long time ago. All the fans left wondering wtf happend there. The silence is deafening…

  6. I don’t blame Drew for resenting people rewriting his work (if that’s what happened-I haven’t read enough to agree or not). But I too would like to know what’s up with him. He and Carrie created such unique online charecters for themselves that they might give a hint, if even just to say “we’re ok-stay tuned”.

Maybe his one recent substantive post on cheap snacks was a hidden way of saying their monthly food cost is even lower than last year.
