The X-15 flew for the first time on June 8, 1959, after successfully deployed at 45,000 feet from another aircraft. A few years later, on October 3, 1967, the X-15 pulverized all flight-speed records with a stunning 4,520 mph, or Mach 6.72, speed. Three X-15s were made and flew a total of 199 flights before the $300 million program was retired.

        1. Click on Customer Center Under “Customer Center” on the right hand side.
          Click on Show/Hide accounts under “My Information”
          Choose the card you do not want to show up by clicking “Hide Online”
          Click Submit changes
          Boom!

    1. Nope…not yet. I have changed the way I do these Buzz posts. The miles/points stuff is current but the rest is not. I draft the posts as they come to me so there is a delay…in seeing them. It will show up eventually….now projected to show up….next Monday!
