It ( the rates will rise slower with more competition )will get better for Dalia Carmeli, couldn’t get any worse than it is already, or Dalia can do what most poor people/ illegals do, stiff the Doc’s and Hospitals……..my wife’s huge 40 doc practice has an over 50% non payment rate down from over 80% 12 years ago, so many coworkers laid off in that time…..I could tell you much more on how YOU are paying for the people working the system, and they ALL are (typical example, illegal or legal mother w. 5 kids, gets healthcare, education food and housing assistance ect.) not married legally to father (not admitting to living together or his income would be counted and she and kids would not qualify), he may or may not work on or off books, Mom pays nothing for what is making those of us working and doing the right thing everyday poorer by paying our ever rising bills. Unfortunately we are all paying the way for those coming here illegally, do it legally like George, become a citizen and pay your taxes. We are starting to look like a third world county in some cities.
