correct, a time before the invention of the cell phone….I was laughing too hard to take a picture anyway. This was kicking all the galley meal containers and then landed up on her back laying in the galley with her feet flailing to prevent us from continuing our service….unreal

Leaving early Tuesday am for a conference for the rest of the week!
After having a $2 pulled pork sandwich at Old Carolina BBQ for lunch (all day today!) I threw my laptop backpack over my shoulder like I have done a million times. But I somehow missed! And it dropped. I knew that was not good news…
So I opened it and it is cracked big time. It does not recognize battery. After a few close and opens it will be broken for sure! It STILL WORKS as I have it plugged in now. Do you think (assuming it can open and close) I can get a few more days out of it while I have it plugged in?
I bought it with an Amex card, not sure if it was the Platinum or the Starwood (since closed). Any feedback on that warranty thingie, has anyone done it? What can I get? Do I have time?

Amex is pretty good with the warranty . . . as long as you are within the time frame and have read the fine print of exclusions.

I was able to get the 50k aa miles after 4 written complaints and a couple phone calls. It didn’t come to this, but I was completely willing to close out all of my citi cards because of being pissed off at how they dealt with it.
Oh yea, Citi pissing off customers is pretty much a given…Someone at Reddit calls it Shittibank
